The CUSTOMER may in any case object to such processing at any time by simply making a request to URBYETORBIT S.R.L.S without any formality by e-mail or ordinary post in the manner referred to in the following letter G.
C – Treatment methods
Personal data will be processed in the following ways:
recording and processing on paper;
recording and processing on magnetic support.
The data will be processed by collaborators and employees of URBYETORBIT S.R.L.S designated “Data Processors” who have received adequate operating instructions.
D – Data communication
Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties or resold for any reason. The electronic archive relating to promotional communications is stored on Italian territory and consequently no transfer of personal data outside Italy takes place.
For the purposes referred to in the previous letter A:
– personal data may be processed by individuals within the Company, in their capacity as Representatives, only if the processing is necessary for the performance of their duties by carrying out only the operations necessary for the performance of the tasks themselves.
E – Data retention time
The personal data collected for the purpose covered by this information will be retained until the consent referred to in letter B is revoked, unless the same information is the subject of other processing by the same Data Controller.
